Lol, even if he is the worst driver of all time, he can just hold on to the car and fly around at +mach 10 or use the instant transmission. I mean, Goku is probably one of the fastest characters in any form of fiction ever conceived. He’s so ridiculously overpowered from the Cell saga onward, that his top speed would be a joke if the writers ever had to give it an actual numerical value.
